Reporting bugs

There are two options for reporting bugs:

1. Using TF bugs tracker at SourceForge: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=153761&atid=789060. This is the primary bugs list.


If you are not familiar with bugs trackers you may use:


2. Tangra Forum Reporting bugs

Please note that bugs posted in the forum will be reviewed with lower priority than bugs in the tracker.


Important:

When posting new bug report please provide information about:

  • versions of TF and its components;
  • used OS;
  • Apache version;
  • PHP version (installed extensions list will be appreciated);
  • MySQL version (if applicable);
  • versions of external libraries (if different from bundled in aio package);
  • description of the bug and circumstances under which it appears;
  • is the bug repeatable? Description how to repeat it, step by step.
